The call centre staff are brilliant – we find them very responsive and you can always get someone. They either talk us through how to fix the issue or jump into our machines and fix it then we're back underway working again.
Before the IT team we were pretty manual. We’re now quite integrated and the whole company is on the same server base and we’re all linked so it’s sort of like a live system for us. We were a million miles away from that before the IT team.
Before we started working with the IT team, we ran everything from head office in Christchurch, so if power went out here or we had any kind of data outage, that meant all our stores nationwide were affected.
