100% up-time for the provision of content hosted on TSBC’s servers is mission critical for this company to meet its commitment to its clients.
Before they started working with the I.T. team, TSBC employed their own in-house IT manager who was responsible for ensuring server performance, as well as providing support to TSBC clients around the world.
“A lot of time was spent on the nuts and bolts of our business. We didn’t want our general manager or one of our IT staff to have to stop their work to handle issues like password resets or server issues. We chose to contract that work out instead so the IT team could handle it and our staff could carry on with their work without interruptions,” says business owner and CEO Glen Senior.
