Microsoft Copilot: What's Changed

If you looked at Copilot early on and decided it wasn't for you, you're not alone. Today's Copilot ecosystem is far more capable, more connected, and delivering real value for organisations of all sizes.

Watch as we unpack Microsoft's evolving AI ecosystem, explain where each Copilot offering fits, and share practical guidance on how organisations can realise the greatest value while maintaining the security, governance and compliance controls already built into Microsoft 365.

In this session we cover:

• Copilot Basic: What's included with your Microsoft 365 subscription and how these capabilities compare with other AI tools.
• Copilot Premium: What the additional licence unlocks and where organisations are seeing the greatest value.
• Copilot Cowork: Microsoft's latest AI capability and how it is changing the way people work.
• Security and governance: Why many organisations are choosing Copilot because it works within the Microsoft 365 environment they already trust.
• Practical guidance: How to decide which Copilot capabilities are right for your organisation and where to focus your AI investment.

Whether you're exploring AI for the first time or you've written Copilot off in the past, this session will help you understand what's changed, where the real value lies, and why it's worth another look.
