The Challenges:

Managing rapid growth presents its challenges. New staff must be added into the system with access to applications, hardware and training, while all maintenance, monitoring and support of the internal systems and devices continues and expands.

Typically, these tasks were managed internally, but it was becoming a distraction for specialist staff whose focus was needed elsewhere.

Most of their applications were cloud based, so the transition was reasonably straightforward. However, there was a lack of consistency across the different locations and among teams, which needed some attention.

“We now provide hardware, networking, managed services and datacentre services to Integration Works internationally.”
