Microsoft To-Do, the company’s new task manager app is now available to all Office 365 users.

Linked to the existing to do list functionality in Outlook (it will show up on your mobile device in the list app), this is a really handy tool that will continue to have additional functionality rolled out over time.

Microsoft bought list-making company Wunderlist in 2015 and has the same team working on To-Do. It has some cool features while still being very simple to use.

Create as many different lists with different names as you like, and mouse over individual items to add them to the My Day list so you know what you are focusing on for the day. Tick them off when each task is done then you can hide or show the completed tasks.

To get started, simply head to https://todo.microsoft.com and log in with your normal Outlook or Office 365 login. You will quickly find out if your organisation has been enabled or not.

We are enabling it for I.T. team clients on request, so if you want this user friendly list making tool enabled on your organisation’s machines, please let your account manager know.
